I am Sauteing some vegetable tonight , but mostly, as I usually do, the ingredients used are the ones I can find stocked at home .
For the moment what is available to me is the vegetable "Squash" a variety of Pumpkin ( or gourd ) .
That's what I have decided to cook. Here are the available ingredients I have :
- Squash ( Kalabasa )
- Eggplants ( Talong )
- String Beans ( Sitaw )
- Onion
- Garlic
- Tomatoes
- Pork (cut in cubes )
- Salt , Fish Sauce & other spices
As I usually do, I will just saute the onion garlic and tomatoes in oil , followed by the squash and pork, then the eggplant and string beans together.flavored with salt or fish sauce according to my taste , and it's all ready to eat. We will now enjoy it.
