Well I was hungry ....when you're hungry, and nobody is around you have to cook and do it yourself.
So, I checked what is available.
Mongo bean sprouts
Baguio Beans ( Green Beans )
Kinchay (Cilantro/Chinese Parsley)
Carrots
Potatoes
Chopped Onion, Garlic & Meat
OK, I am ready to cook.
Saute all these together and
wrapped it , then pan fried it. Done.
Don't get me wrong
I'm not much of a cook but at least I will not go hungry.
Not to worry it tastes good.
