When one enjoys food, there will definitely be some space in our appetite for seafoods & shelfish.
Favorite of mine is Tahong (Mussels) cooked with Ginger. So the ordinary person like me who loves to eat can have the choice to cook what she likes.
With the mussels , I just saute it in oil,garlic, onions and ginger. Of course I can put in the green leafies I like in my garlic soup or sauce. That's about it . I am easy to please.
Mostly if it's crabs and shrimps it's easy , they are already delicious just steamed.
I can enjoy them with side sauces like vinegar,salt & garlic or just butter with Lemon.
